WALDA Launch at Garden Week

Perry Lakes 16-21 April

Garden Week 2009 will see the launch of the Western Australian Landscape Design Association.

WALDA is the first Professional Association for Landscape Designers in WA and will feature eight show gardens in a stunning display at Garden Week.

WALDA designers are trained in designing gardens and landscapes for WA’s unique environment.

Members include landscape and garden designers, horticulturists and landscapers who can advise, design and construct all styles of commercial and home areas from the tiniest courtyard to large properties.

WALDA arose from a need to bring excellence, competence and a professional code of ethics to the landscape design profession in WA.

At Garden Week the public can view the WALDA displays, talk to the designers about their work and find out how a professional landscape or garden design can add value to their property and enhance their lives.
